Important Information for Parents and Learners

Normal students may register directly without following any of the steps below. These steps are mainly designed for parents of autistic or SEN learners, as many families have previously misunderstood the purpose of our self‑assessment and support process.

Some parents assume the assessment is a medical test, a psychological evaluation, or an AI‑generated judgement about their child. Others question why payment is required, or believe their child already knows IT well and therefore does not need any form of assessment. We want to reassure you that none of these assumptions are correct.

We are IT trainers — not doctors, psychologists, autism specialists, or medical professionals. Our role is simply to understand whether your child can learn comfortably with us, what teaching style suits them, and how we can support them in a calm, patient, and structured way. Coding and IT cannot be forced from the beginning, even if a child is talented. Every learner is different, and we must understand them before we begin.

The self‑assessment helps us observe learning patterns, communication style, attention span, and comfort level. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical opinion, and not a judgement of ability. It simply helps us plan the right starting point. After a few sessions, we learn how your child responds, and we adjust our teaching to make learning enjoyable, structured, and stress‑free.

Please also understand that this process requires real time, effort, and commitment from the trainer. In many cases, we may need to travel to your location, spend time observing your child, and provide personalised support. As human beings, our time, travel, and professional effort must be valued. Therefore, the assessment fee is a reasonable and necessary part of the service. If you feel this process is not suitable for you, you are free to leave it without any pressure.

If you are unsure about anything, or if any part of this process feels confusing, please speak to us directly. We are here to help, and we want to ensure that both parents and learners feel comfortable, respected, and fully informed.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Step 1: How We Help Autistic and SEN Learners in IT Training

We support learners by using simple instructions, visual guidance, short activities, and a patient teaching style that helps them stay calm, focused, and engaged.

How We Support Autistic and SEN Learners in IT Training

We provide IT training for autistic and SEN learners in both English and Tamil. Every learner is unique, and many require a slower pace, more breaks and patient, structured support. Our approach is designed to help them learn comfortably, safely and confidently.

Our Approach to Autistic and SEN Learners

Autistic learners need a very different approach from typical students. They often work slowly, need more breaks and require patient, structured support. Our training focuses on:

  • Short, focused activities instead of long lessons.
  • Regular breaks to avoid overload.
  • Fun, game‑based learning to keep them engaged.
  • Repetition of skills until they feel confident.
  • Clear routines to reduce anxiety.

Why We Use 2‑Hour Sessions with Breaks

A 2‑hour session does not mean continuous studying. Autistic learners need time to settle, transition and understand instructions. Inside a 2‑hour session, we include:

  • Short learning blocks.
  • Breaks whenever needed.
  • Fun tasks to reset their mind.
  • Slow, repeated practice.

Why 1 Day per Week Is Not Enough

A single weekly session creates a big gap. Autistic learners often forget skills quickly and lose routine. Parents want improvement, but improvement requires consistent engagement.

Why 10+ Hours Weekly Helps

Autistic learners need more time because they learn slowly, take breaks and repeat tasks. Weekly 10+ hours is not “hard studying” — it is:

  • Short activities spread across the week.
  • Break‑friendly learning.
  • Repetition to build confidence.
  • Routine to keep them active.

Why Some Learners Cannot Study Online

Some autistic learners cannot learn online at all. They need physical presence, reassurance and hands‑on support. For these learners, in‑person training is essential.

Training Options for Families

1. Trainer travels to the learner’s home (up to 5 days per week)

For learners who cannot travel or cannot learn online. Parents cover:

  • Travel cost
  • Daily tuition fee

2. Parents bring the learner to our place

A full day of training with breaks, games and patient guidance. Suitable for learners who need long sessions to settle.

3. Online training (if the learner can manage it)

Weekly 10+ hours with breaks and fun‑based tasks. Works only for learners who can follow online instructions.

IT Has Many Paths

IT is not one subject. We observe the learner, identify their strengths and choose the right IT path for them. This takes time, patience and careful guidance.

Why This Is More Serious Than Teaching Typical Students

Typical students can study alone. Autistic learners cannot. They need:

  • More guidance
  • More patience
  • More repetition
  • More involvement

Why Early Support Matters

Many parents feel sad or think “my child cannot improve”. But autistic learners can improve with the right support. Early training gives them a real chance.
