Online Marketing Executive

Promote TechBytz software, apps and learning services online, find new clients and build good relationships with them. We particularly welcome applications from women, including mothers returning to work.

Role details and pay

What you will do

  • Share and manage TechBytz posts on social media
  • Find and follow up new leads for our software, apps and courses
  • Reply to enquiries in English, Tamil or Sinhala
  • Keep simple, honest records of your work and results
  • Join regular online check-ins with the team

What you need

  • A laptop or computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Good written English (Tamil or Sinhala is a bonus)
  • Confidence talking to people and following up politely
  • A few hours a week you can commit to regularly

Pay

Commission on each project you help bring in during a 6-month probation. If it goes well, we may offer a fixed monthly salary after probation.

Real work, not easy money

Some people expect online work from home to pay with little effort. It does not work like that. Results come from steady work, learning and polite follow-up.

A 6-month probation, commission-based

For the first six months you work from home on a freelance basis and earn commission on each project you help bring in. There is no fixed pay during this time.

A fixed salary can follow

If the probation goes well, we may offer a fixed monthly salary. This applies to team members in Sri Lanka and other countries, agreed in writing.

Interviews for the UK and Western countries

Applicants in the UK and other Western countries have an online interview first, then start working from home on a commission basis.

We never ask you to pay

TechBytz will never ask for any fee to apply, train or start work. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please tell us straight away.
