Why this student dashboard exists
This is not a typical learning website, and it should not be compared with large companies or generic education apps. Most platforms are built once and updated only when the company decides. This dashboard is different: it is personally developed, maintained and improved by the same trainer who teaches your child, so every feature and every update is made with real purpose, real care and a real understanding of your child's needs.
The system draws on current neurodevelopmental research, autism-friendly learning methods, structured cognitive training and pattern-recognition techniques that support brain development. It is not just a study website; it is a brain-development environment for autistic learners, slow learners, SEN students and any learner who wants to build stronger thinking skills.
Why it keeps improving
Running this platform takes daily effort, continuous research and ongoing maintenance costs. I keep up with the latest findings, update materials, improve the interface and keep the whole system modern, clean and autism-friendly. Updates happen because:
- Children's needs change, so the system must adapt.
- New research appears, and the tools follow the latest science.
- Parents give feedback, and that feedback is taken seriously.
- Every child deserves a learning space that grows with them, not a static website.
The developer is with you. You can discuss your child's needs, request new features, ask for improvements and share what works best. Very few platforms offer this level of personal connection, and your contribution directly shapes the future of this system.

Large companies have big teams, investors and large budgets. This is one person building a high-quality, modern, autism-friendly system with the same standard of design and technology, but with personal care, personal time and personal financial investment. When you support this platform, you are not only paying for a service; you are helping to build something meaningful for your child and for many other children who need this kind of support.
Home visits and one-to-one teaching
The trainer travels to your home, often over long distances, and works with your child one-to-one. This takes a full day of work, energy and patience. Personal care is what brings results, not group classes, online videos or worksheets. Fair payment is what allows this service to continue; travel, time and personalised attention all require real commitment.
Online sessions
Online sessions are available for families who cannot attend physical one-to-one classes. Please note that in most cases online sessions are less suitable for slow learners, autistic students or SEN children, who usually benefit most from personal presence, physical guidance and emotional connection. If you have the opportunity for one-to-one support, please make the most of it.
If your child is not ready for online sessions, or you live far away, I can train you as a parent: how to use the system, how to guide your child and how to support their learning at home.

Who we are
The TechBytz Learning dashboard is provided by TechBytz (techbytz.co.uk). "We", "us" and "our" mean TechBytz. "You" means the student and the parent or guardian who registers the student.
Accounts and sign in
Access is only for registered students and the family members we have authorised. Each registered email signs in with a one-time code. Please keep your email account secure and never share your code. We may add, pause or remove access to any email at any time to keep the service safe.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the Fees & plans tab and confirmed with you before you start. The initial setup fee is payable before access begins. Subscriptions are payable in advance on the agreed weekly, monthly or annual date. Home-visit and online class fees are separate from dashboard fees unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Late or missed payments
If a subscription payment is overdue beyond the grace period shown in your dashboard, access is paused automatically until the payment is received. Access is restored as soon as payment is recorded. If you have already paid, please contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
Cancelling
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The initial setup fee covers work already carried out and is non-refundable once access has been set up, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Free access for direct students
Where dashboard access is included free for students who attend one-to-one classes, it continues while those classes continue. Voluntary contributions are always optional and do not create a paid subscription.
Your child's information
We keep only the information needed to teach and support your child, such as name, contact details, learning notes, attendance and payment records. We handle it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, keep it secure, and never sell it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Safeguarding and wellbeing
Your child's safety comes first. Learning notes and messages are shared only with the family. If we ever have a safeguarding concern, we will follow UK safeguarding guidance and, where required, inform the appropriate authorities.
Fair use
Please use the dashboard for learning only. Do not share access with people outside your family, copy or resell content, or try to interfere with the system. We may pause access if these terms are not followed.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the dashboard available and up to date, but there may occasionally be short interruptions for maintenance or improvements. We may update features, fees or these terms; we will tell you about important changes in advance through the dashboard or by email.
